It was made at the Kutani kilns and all hand painted. Decorated all around in a burnt orange under glaze and painted over in gold makie. All hand painted in exquisite detail by a true master. The mythical Phoenix is featured prominently along with four wise priests on two panels. Height = 11. 25" (28. 5cm) Diameter = 7" (16cm) Base = 4" Weight = 4lbs 8oz
