The Barbera/Dolcetto red coferment was destemmed then gently pressed to age in neutral barrique
it went back into sandstone jarre to age and develop over 8 months
2025 Amore Bianco Wine Club Our winemaking returns Zinfandel toTHE STORY: The Bianco bursts with beautiful aromatics of tropical fruits. And on the palate refreshing and lighthearted fresh cut mango and other stone fruits evolve in the glass in a refreshing way. For this vintage we have Tocai Fruilano and Trebbiano showcasing the fresher, livelier side of an Italian inspired skin contact wine. Both grapes are hand harvested from Fox Hill Vineyard just at the start of September. The Trebbiano was destemmed and
