The shade can be moved up and down the base. The lamp requires two E27 lightbulbs and currently has an EU plug. [Condition] Vintage. This lamp has clear user wear on both shade and frame. The frame has damage to the bronze like lacquer on the base and it's pole, see last pictures. The shade has vague scratches at the
