Cinsault, 2020 stock-57 The sandy granitic soils hereSaline, heady and mineral. Cinsault hand harvested from 50 year old vines on a neighbour's parcel nearby. De stemmed for an 11 day maceration outside, year in American barrels in an open air cellar, before being bottled using gravity with no additions added.
