Blanc de Blancs, Mountfield Winery, NV, England Event sweet spice and a coolThis delicious new Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine was released in the autumn of 2022. 100% Chardonnay and deep golden in colour; long ageing on its lees have produced a gorgeously, rich, well rounded flavour which perfectly captures maturer flavours, whilst still retaining its fresh fruit and bright acidity. Fermented in stainless steel and held in barrel and tank until bottling in April 2018. The wine was lees aged until disgorging in September 2020,
