Beka has added his modest contribution to the inheritance left to him by his ancestors farming the unique varieties of Chkhaveri, Tsolikouri and Aladasturi. The greatest advisor in this blessed work has been his 90 year old grandfather. The grapes were harvested in November and were fermented with 10% skins for one month in kvevri
