Cloudwater - Sitting For A Long Time Becomes Toilsome Hopfenweisse Size:Single Orange and Toasted Coconut"Many years before Cloudwater came into existence we were inspired by the brilliant minds of Hans Peter Drexler of Schneiderweisse, and Garrett Oliver of Brooklyn Brewery, who came together to brew Hopfenweisse, a term fashioned by Garrett himself. The resulting beer stood out in a sea of UK hoppy beers made with restrained or entirely neutral yeasts often contributing little flavour to the beer, left in the shadows of both hot and cold side hopping.
