Rosé Vé, 2021 Blend underlain by a striking mineralityTextbook Provencal ros as we know it! Pale pink in the glass with aromas of small red berries, ocean spray and a refreshing, clean palate with grapefruit acidity and wet stone minerals that whispers about sunny afternoons by the water, or on the patio. The organic Merlot and Caladoc grapes were directly pressed and underwent a slow fermentation before ageing separately in concrete vats and blended together without filtration before bottling.
