Clotilde Davenne: Bourgogne Aligoté Vieilles Vignes 2018 Vinaturel curry leafThis Aligot Vieilles Vignes comes from a plot planted in 1933 in the Lieu dit Loigny in Saint Bris le Vineux. Due to the very old age of the vineyard, this Aligot grows with exceptional depth and aging potential. Unlike usual, this Aligot is not only suitable for direct drinking but should definitely not be used for Kir. Originally, Aligot was always used in Kir. Nowadays, this is no longer common and in any case a waste for this wine.
