This new champagne from Ayala captures the purity of the chalk from both the Cte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. A cuve selected from the 22 Chardonnay vineyards of the house. All Premier Cru and Grand Cru. Aged over 6 years in the cellar, creating the aromatic complexity and creamy texture for which AYALA Le Blanc de Blancs is known.
