Bernhard Huber: Blanc de Blancs - 2017 Schlumberger gebürstet100% Chardonnay from perhaps the best Chardonnay winemaker in Germany. The Blanc de Blancs was last produced in 2013. Already a rarity just by the fact that it hasnt been made for 3 years. The previous edition once moved a well known wine expert at the Champagne club in the store so much that he was led to say, "This is where Champagne really begins." As you can see, it was a blind tasting that at least backfired a little. The winner of that blind
