2023 Pinot bianco -Moriz- Tramin Maintaining fruit freshness and elegancePinot Bianco finds excellent conditions in South Tyrol, and therefore Willi Strz, the cellar master, decided to produce a selection wine from this grape variety. After carefully selecting the grapes from the most predestined vineyards, the Moritz was fermented and matured only in stainless steel tanks. A radiant, finesse rich and very mineral wine with great elegance.
