Delicate hints of pickled cider pears delight the palate. A dense and well integrated tannin structure creates a pleasant, rounded finish. The bright amber color of the pomace brandy comes from aging for 5 years in oak barrels. We recommend pairing it with hearty cheese varieties or dark chocolate mousse.
