Muscat D'Alsace 2018 a bouquet of dried flowersThe Muscat dances lightly and playfully through the glass its robe is a rich lemon yellow. The Muscat d'Alscace smells of a sea of flowers with nuances of quince, lemon peel and young green pear. The dominant rose is surrounded by honey, lychee, white peach and apricot. On the palate it is clear that the floral and fruity aromas dominate, although the wine was vinified dry. The acidity is also moderate and not overbearing it leaves plenty of balanced
