Le Pianelle: Bramaterra DOC 2018 Viani der von roten Früchten begleitetCurrently backordered from Italy. Nebbiolo grapes are the foundation of Bramaterra. According to DOC regulations, it consists of 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Vespolina Croatina. The grapes are handpicked in several passes; the different varieties and vineyards are harvested and vinified separately. The first phase of winemaking (fermentation and maceration) takes place in open Grenier oak vats. The young wine is then aged in repeatedly used barrique barrels
