BIO Cuvée "Christania" 2019 Mühlviertel VON ALPEN setzt auf artgerechteOrganic winery with 3 Falstaff stars. Organic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Cuve style from the Medoc. The wine is stored in mostly new French barriques for about 18 20 months. Later it stays in the bottle for another year before going on sale. Dark ruby, smoky, spicy cassis cherry Aromatic, strong and dense complex fruit and tobacco wood notes. Balanced but still quite youthful wine with high aging potential. Alc. 13. 5% vol., dry.
