The soil contains flint as well as clay. The base wine is aged in barrels from 2004. Malolactic fermentation does not occur. Color: Sparkling bright lemon yellow with delicate orange reflections and very even bubbles Nose: On the nose, Instinct Meunier Brut Nature from Jeaunaux Robin combines yellow fruit with buttery notes and slight maritime hints.
