Annamaria Clementi Franciacorta Ca' del Bosco Spirituosen "The older they are55% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Bianco, 20% Pinot Nero. Suckling 95, Restrained, toasty minerality with yellow plums, quince, cotton candy and chalk. A wine of substance, extracted and phenolic, but balanced by smooth mousse and medium body. Will evolve, developing more complexity from its rich fruit. Disgorged September 2023. Best of 2025.
