With a reserve of quality base wines from selected vineyards, they have been producing Champagne under the name de Saint Gall since 1990. Ros: 50% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 17% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. An ideal aperitif Champagne, but also highly recommended with many other dishes or fruity desserts.
