Depending on the minerals that dominate the soil, the color of the slate changes to gray, green or blue purple. These plots are located in the heart of the "Hallgartener Hendelberg" and the (former before 1971) "Hallgartener Deutelsberg". The vineyards are facing south to southwest with a slope of up to 40%, so that the sunlight can be described as ideal. They
