2021 Ihringen Vorderer Winklerberg Grauburgunder GG VDP Große Lage Dr. Heger Spherical in constructionOn the nose there are yellow fruit aromas of mirabelle plums and nutty aromas of almonds. These are underlined by floral aromas such as orange blossom and the typical mineral character of the Winklerberg. On the palate the Pinot Gris is dense with notes of ripe apricots and subtle caramel notes. The mineral structure and acidity typical of the vintage form a good partner to the dense fruit body with fine spice and a wonderfully creamy finish .
