Josephine 2022 0,75L Bio Südslowakei Rebsorten: ChardonnayOrganic red wine from Austria. Biodynamic wine, Demeter. Grape variety: Rsler What the fuck is Rsler? A first generation PiWi grape variety, crossed primarily from Zweigelt and Blaufrnkisch. A bit like Austria's Dornfelder. Dark, powerful, but always with bright fruit. Plenty of wild berry aromas, which never drift into the cooked, but remain crisp. The tannins are somewhat more intense, but never bulky. Category Filtration classy with a twist funky
