GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache 80%, Mourvdre 20%. AGE OF THE VINES: Average age of 40 years, Grenache (1964) Mourvedre (1977). VINIFICATION: Blend during maceration and 5 weeks of maceration in concrete tanks. AGEING: Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
