This single varietal cuve made from Melon grapes comes from a selection of grapes all sourced from a single plot called "l'Infernale" (the Infernal), a nickname undoubtedly earned due to its dizzying slope. The grapes are hand harvested from 70 year old vines and immediately pressed to preserve their quality. The juice obtained flows naturally by gravity
