Kalozin - Prakatun - Tape Josefien Cornette IONE’s most recent opera TOUCHPRAKATUN is an onomatopoeia that mimics the sound of rhythmic patterns and gives the name to the latest album by Brazilian artist KALOZIN, released in collaboration with Berlin's Kinship Label. The album has seven tracks that explore layered percussion and electronic experimentation, influenced by Afro Brazilian percussion. A sampler and effects processors were used to weave together samples from various Brazilian instruments such as pandeiro,
