Constructed of bronze, obverse depicting central mounted horse, within an oval oak leaf wreath, with a horseshoe and letter R at the base, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting an elongated round wire catch, maker marked L. Christian Lauer, Nrnberg Berlin, measuring 41. 74 mm (w) x 51. 96 mm (h), weighing 14. 9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
