Constructed of bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms, with crossed swords piercing the centre, the quadrants joined by Luftwaffe eagles clutching mobile swastika, with a central raised mobile swastika set inside dual rings, the reverse with a block hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 56. 47 mm (w) x 55.
