A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic marked “13” on the ring(Ordre de la Croix Rouge Belge Orde van het Belgische Rode Kruis). Instituted in 1880. Five piece construction, in silvered bronze with red and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 38 mm (w) x 65. 3 mm (h) inclusive of its crown and laterally pierced ball suspension, light contact and residue evident on the red enamelled arms on both sides of the arm at 9 o'clock, light contact and silvering wear evident on the oval reverse centrepiece, original ribbon,
