Vina Zorzal Cuatro del Cuatro 2021 tom Each vineyard is hand harvestedVia Zorzal Cuatro del Cuatro is a wine made from 100% Graciano from a 37 year old vineyard located in Ombatillo, Corella. The grapes are manually harvested in 8 kg boxes with a selection of grapes. It is fermented with native yeasts in 500 litre French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 12 months in used 300 litre French oak barrels.
