Fowles Stone Dwellers Arneis 2024 s0 et sweet spicesWinemaking The Arneis fruit was picked from Block 10 of our Upton Run Vineyard with a selective harvester on the 15th of March. The fruit was then gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel to promote fruit flavours and aromas. Yeast was added to enhance aromatics, fruit characters and an elegant palate structure. The wine then spent 7 month on lees before being bottled.
