Abundant and ripe wild blueberries balanced against savoury bay leaves lifted with a touch of mint and soft almond meal on the palate. Polished & plush. Soft fine grained tannin well structured with good length. Food pairing is best with nearly all red meat including prime rib New York strip and filet mignon.
