In a region where ros is mostly an afterthought, Exoptos wine is sourced from proper real estate: Los Pozos, a single plot of mature 50 year old vines in the chalky soils of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The blend is 50% Garnacha and 50% Tempranillo, and the fruit is crushed, pressed and
