Domaine Billon Cote Rotie La Brocarde 2020 Size::1 Bottle Tignanello's grappa is produced fromLa Brocarde is a locality of the appellation located in Cte Brune. The classic steep hillside of La Brocarde is composed of clay and iron oxide along with granite, mica, schist rock and limestone soils giving this wine a dark and tannic profile. A blend of Syrah (97%) and Viognier (3%), La Brocarde undergoes fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks before going into new french barriques for 26 months.
