George T. Stagg Spring Lot. B 2005 Release The Botanist hired Masataka Taketsuru to runDistilled in 1988 when Sting and Co. were still trying to #freenelsonmandela at Wembley and released in 2005. This very limitedly available Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged in American White oak for sweet 16 years and was called "World Whiskey of The Year" by Jim Murray at the time. Only 80 barrels of both 'LotA' and 'Lot B' were ever made, so you can do the math on how hard to hunt for this delicious dram. Time to kick The Vault open and get some.
