Blonde Crow Fiano Pinot Gris 2022 rex-hill-vineyards Claríto (“the little clear one”)A light apricot in colour, slightly opaque. Exotic aromas of lychee and guava , with attractive floral characters of jasmine , pear blossom and honeysuckle. Well weighted from the Pinot Gris component, the palate is much tighter than the nose suggests. The upfront exotic fruit characters are well balanced by the acidity and the touch of drying astringency from the period of skin contact which has resulted in a really interesting and very delicious
