In silver with blue, white, and red enamels, four pointed star, with three quilled arms in each quadrant; the obverse features a double headed eagle in white enamel mounted on the star, the obverse oval center shows a white cross on a red field, 86. 1 mm (h) x 82. 3 mm (w), the reverse presents a single pin assembly, two hallmarks, French made by A. Betrand, enamels intact, hinge and catch functional,
