Mounted to a suspension with stacked original ribbons and button hole attachment
maker marked "ECCO" and marked "GOLD FILLED / STERLING BASE / GOLD SEAL" and engraved in Morse Cord "I Love You" above the name "Lois" in Script on the reverse
these being the colours of Patiala State and of the decorations themselves
for about two months

Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Geneva Cross with blue enameled arms trimmed with red enameled borders, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a hand painted depiction of Christ in an acheiropoieta style reminiscent of traditional Russian icons, situated within a circular crown of thorns, the reverse similarly featuring blue and red
