Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver grey double headed Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), an unofficial and unusual example demonstrating typical characteristics of Italian manufacture and likely intended for distribution to Albanian Axis volunteers, in near extremely fine condition.
