Tornatore Zottorinotto Etna Bianco DOC 2022 heidi-schrock is based on a selectionThe Etna Bianco Zottorinotto from the Tornatore family farm was born on the northern side of the Etna volcano in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia. It is produced entirely from Carricante grapes, which are destemmed and softly pressed. The must then vinifies in acacia barriques without temperature control, where it remains for approx. 8 months aging on fine lees. Etna Bianco is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
