Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a Braunschweiger style Totenkopf, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 29 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), an unissued example of a traditions badge worn on the visor caps of personnel of Infanterie Regiment 17 and Kavallerie Regiment 13, in near mint condition.
