Consisting of a Maltese Cross in silver gilt with red and white enameled arms, and with gilded C ciphers in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a central round red enameled medallion bearing the royal Romanian crown, surrounded by a white enameled ring inscribed with Prin Noi Insine 14.
