Vinden Wines ‘Headcase’ Shiraz Nouveau 2024 schiavenza where the Cabernet Franc minglesThis light, crisp, perfumed style of Shiraz was sourced from our Vinden vineyard planted in 1995 over red clay soil and Stoney Broke Vineyard in Broke. Wild fermented with 10% whole bunch, 90% whole berry in open concrete tanks and matured in concrete tanks neutral French oak barrels. Enjoy it now or on a hot summers day serve slightly chilled.
