A Luftwaffe Officers overseas field cap, constructed of dark blue grey wool. It is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which slope downward toward the front. A length of silver aluminum wire piping fully trims the top edge of the walls. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a dark blue grey wool backer bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika,
