A bottle of Burgundy is a piece of French heritage. I chose to claim on the Bourgogne Rouge labels and not Bourgogne Cte dOr or Bourgogne Pinot Noir. My opinion is that these last two appellations impose unsustainable management methods where the Bourgogne Blanc appellation allows you to work in a more virtuous way, as with medium wide plantations
