Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a rectangular plaque topped by an HJ eagle clutching a sword and hammer, situated above a date of 1938 and inscription of DEM SIEGER BANN U. UNTERGAU SPORTFEST GEBIET BADEN (TO THE VICTOR BANN AND SUB DISTRICT SPORTS FESTIVAL BADEN DISTRICT), the reverse maker marked B. H. MAYER, PFORZHEIM, measuring 58 mm (w) x 76 mm (h), demonstrating near total loss of gilt finish to the
