Instituted 18 December 1943. (1943 1945 issue). Constructed of a grey wool core, the exterior with a gold bullion wire tresse trimmed with black threaded piping, bearing a magnetic metal Panzer IV, unmarked, measuring 87 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), a rare example in near extremely fine condition.
