In 18K Gold, a white enamelled Maltese Cross with ball finials, segments of a wreath in each quadrant, a small blue disk with five Gold castillies, the obverse medallion features a red and white enamelled cross, the reverse mirrors the obverse, surmounted by a gold crown with green and red enamel details, measures 39. 85mm (w) x 65. 0mm (h inclusive of crown), weighs 16. 9 grams, accompanied by a
