Attwood - Neat Cleat Weather Instruments Manufactured from durable 600-denier UVThis all new cleat is retractable, with a slim profile that installs easily on narrow gunwales. The cleat stays up when pulled up and, when lowered, it is only 1 2" above deck. It has a neat, continuous contour to prevent snags and stubbed toes. The Neat Cleat is beautiful, strong and durable. Each post is a 7 16" thick rod of solid stainless steel. The certified #316 stainless alloy is backed by a Lifetime Warranty for corrosion resistance.
