capable of being grown outdoors in nearly every state in the USA (some winter accommodation may be required for harsh northern winters and for desert summers)

We expect the look of Nepenthes x tiveyi with a more squat shape and larger pitcher opening

We’ve found it to be one of the hardiest Nepenthes we’ve ever grown and it grows rapidly in our lowland

They are best grown as highland plants but do just fine in intermediate conditions as well in our experience

Nepenthes robcantleyi x ovata pure veitchii The parents were gigantic NepenthesA magnificent hybrid produced by Borneo Exotics. The pitchers start out striped and iridescent orange yellow. Over time, the whole pitcher darkens to copper while retaining its striping. This is one of our favorite hybrids in the whole greenhouse. It's best grown as a highlander.
