An extremely well preserved Heer Officers dress sabre, measuring 98 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features an 84. 5 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade with a gentle curvature, sharpened tip, unspoiled edges, and with fullers running approximately two thirds of the length of each side. It sits securely within a one piece gilded alloy hilt, with the seam covered by an intact brown leather
